2010 Registrations...
Registration: Each student must complete
a detailed registration form that includes medical history. Certain medical conditions will require a conversation with me
prior to the first lesson and may require a release from your doctor. During lessons, students are closely monitored for temperature
fatigue, physical fatigue and general well-being. To provide a safe lesson, you will complete a daily log of your child's
bowel, urine, diet and sleep habits (BUDS). Students will not be allowed to swim without a full and proper BUDS sheet and
appropriate registration and any necessary clearances.

Registration: For all
new students, there is a national enrollment fee of $105 to be paid to Infant Swimming Resource. This covers the cost
of screening procedures for physical and developmental readiness of your child and also includes your ISR registration package
as well as a tee shirt, swim diaper, and Parent Resource Handbook.
Weekly Fees: $70.00 per week made payable to
"Michelle Martinez". Payments are due each Monday prior to start of lessons for that week. (Please see my Specials&Discounts page for available savings.)
Refresher Classes:
A short 2 week refresher session is needed annually or every six months to
maintain aquatic survival skills as your baby or child’s body changes. These are charged at the same above weekly rates,
and a annual registration update fee of $35.
